Hampden Bank appoints new Business Development Directors in London and Edinburgh

Hampden Bank has strengthened its Business Development team with the appointment of two experienced directors, supporting the bank’s continued growth across the UK.

Graeme Mann has joined Hampden Bank’s Edinburgh office, while Paul de la Salle takes up a newly appointed role in London, bringing extensive experience across private banking, wealth management, and relationship‑led financial services.

Strengthening our presence in Scotland

Graeme Mann joins Hampden Bank from Coutts, where he held a Scotland‑wide business development role. With over 25 years’ experience in financial services, Graeme has a strong track record in relationship management, commercial growth, and enhancing client experience. His previous roles include a number of senior positions at Royal Bank of Scotland, most recently as Regional Business Development Manager.

Expanding in London and the south of England

Paul de la Salle joins Hampden Bank from City Finance Brokers, where he was a Private Client Adviser. He brings broad expertise across private banking, mortgage broking, and business development, having previously held senior roles at Smith & Williamson, Arena Wealth Partners, and Barclays, where he spent more than 25 years.
