We have relaunched our digital banking service with a new look banking app. The upgraded app, which replaces our original banking app, provides clients with additional, easy-to-use functionality for their personal and business banking needs. The app also supports logins to our upgraded desktop banking service, introducing a new layer of security which uses a smartphone to authenticate the user and payment requests. This additional layer of security is designed to help protect clients from fraud.
The new app is available to download from the Apple and Google Play stores. The relaunch follows the introduction of Apple Pay and Google Pay to our card app. This allows clients to use their smartphone to pay with their Hampden & Co debit and charge card.
