Colin Tate

Colin started his career as a Management Consultant in roles with Accenture, Capgemini and PricewaterhouseCoopers where he delivered transformational business and technology change for a wide range of clients across different industries.

In 2010, he joined Sainsbury’s Bank where he was responsible for the design of a wholly new retail banking target operating model, and delivery of new digital services to customers.

Colin joined Hampden Bank in 2021 and leads IT, Change and Digital teams, including responsibility for Cyber Security, Operational Resilience, and Supplier Management.
